Developer
Akkodis is seeking an Developer for a Contract role in Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will design and configure Incentive Compensation Cloud components and support enhancements to meet evolving business needs. This role requires hands‑on experience with compensation rules, crediting logic, integrations, and analytical reporting.
Rate Range: $40/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Designing, building, and configuring Incentive Compensation Plans, plan components, performance measures, and rate tables based on business requirements
Working with classification rules, assignment rules, credit rules, incentive formula configurations, flexfields, setups, and web services
Managing Import Management processes for users, transactions, rules, and goals
Supporting enhancements and process improvements for Incentive Compensation Cloud
Creating and modifying OTBI reports, dashboards, and data models
Collaborating closely with business and IT teams to define and deliver strategic compensation solutions
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
6–8 years of relevant experience
Experience with compensation management, credit rules, classification, and customizations
Proficiency in OTBI reporting, data modeling, and incentive calculations
Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
