Barista
The ideal candidate is friendly, detail oriented and takes their craft seriously. Must be able to thrive in a high volume environment and still provide excellent customer service. Must have consistent latte art skills. Knowledge of coffee growing regions and flavor profiles a plus. Job entails being part of a team and working multiple stations including pie slinger and register. Previous food handling experience is a plus. Must have weekend availability. Should love pie! Tips consistently average an additional $10 to $12 per hour. Please email a resume and brief cover letter.
Specific shifts needed are 8 hours shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning/daytime, with potential to pick up more hours during holiday times, etc. Barista/Pie Slinger Job Duties Include:-Crafting Espresso drinks/working bar
-Running a register and taking orders on Square
-Packaging & slicing pie for first come first serve and special order customers
-Setting up product display cases
-Making coffee syrups/drinks for stock
-Communicating with BOH manager regarding stock, orders, etc.
-Ensuring the FOH looks clean and organized
-Being a friendly face for our neighborhood and out of town customers
