Soccer Shots Instructor - $20/hour PART-TIME

Youth Soccer Coach – Part-Time (Ages 2–9)
Location: New Lenox, Lockport, & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $20/hr → While $15/hr (training)

Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland is looking for dedicated, high-energy coaches to join our team! We teach fun, engaging soccer classes for children ages 2–9, using our nationally recognized curriculum. If you love working with kids and want a flexible, rewarding part-time job, this could be perfect for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead soccer-themed classes that focus on character development and fun
• Connect with children through enthusiasm and creativity (no soccer experience required!)
• Communicate effectively with parents, directors, and our leadership team
• Use the provided curriculum and equipment to deliver high-quality sessions

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time & flexible – schedule around school, family, or other work
• Some availability to teach classes on T/W/Th between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm from August through December. Other days and hours are available outside this timeframe if interested.
• Paid training at $15/hr (1–3 weeks, based on availability/learning pace). After training: $20/hr.
• Performance raises after two completed seasons for reliable, dedicated coaches

What We’re Looking For

• Summer and fall availability; we are not hiring just for the summer.
• Passion for working with children and making a difference
• Reliable, punctual, and professional (coaches rarely call off)
• Energetic, engaging, and confident personality
• Physically able to run, kneel, squat, and carry equipment (bag with balls, nets, etc.)
• Reliable transportation & ability to pass a background check.
