Open Call
We are looking for bartenders, servers, hosts, support staff and kitchen staff (including Sous Chef) to join our team! We are looking to add to both our West Town location as well as our newest concept in Lincoln Park.
Our ideal candidate is kind, poised, and motivated. The person we're looking for is able to perform calmly in a fast-paced environment and shares our sincere enthusiasm for genuine hospitality, authentic guest interactions, and restaurant culture.

- 1 year of bartending experience in a full-service, high volume restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant cuisine and dining service.
- Impressive beer, wine, and spirit knowledge.
- Must present the willingness to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Must have the ability to stand and walk at a steady pace for periods of 8 hours or more.
- Must have State of Illinois Basset Certification.
- Must have State of Illinois Food Handlers Certification.
- Must have complete knowledge and understanding of sanitation and safety laws.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to serve alcohol in the city of Chicago.
