ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Description
The NAM is responsible for executing distribution strategies, developing
programs, and driving sales growth across our book of business. This fully remote role requires frequent travel (35-40%) for customer visits, meetings, and business development. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, and efficient in both Excel and PowerPoint.
We have a strong preference for candidates based in the Central Timezone (CST) due to customer connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage distribution strategies for assigned business segments
Develop and implement programs to support business and sales growth
- Analyze data and create reports using Excel
Prepare impactful presentations in PowerPoint for leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support distribution initiatives
Track progress against goals and provide regular updates
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of five years of relevant, self-directed work experience
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to execute strategy and drive results
Willingness and ability to travel 35-40% of the time
Excellent organizational and communication skill

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
