Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (Neuro) | Rockford, IL
Swedish American Hospital (Rockford, IL) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Neuro) for a 13-week travel assignment.
Facility: Swedish American Hospital
Location: 1401 East State Street, Rockford, IL 61104
Unit: 8th Floor – Med/Surg Neuro
Shift: Night Shift (12 hours)
Schedule: 3x12s with every other weekend
Duration: 13 weeks (05/18/2026 – 08/15/2026)
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
On-Call: Not required
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Illinois)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Prior mid-to-large hospital experience preferred
- Strong Med/Surg or Neuro experience required
Compensation:
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,400.16
- Hourly Rate: $66.67
Notes:
- No local candidates within 50-mile radius
- Travel assignment with competitive pay package #SMD
