Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Joliet, IL by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Joliet (60431), operate regional dry‑van routes throughout the Midwest with dependable home‑weekly schedules and transparent mileage pay from HMD Trucking. The position focuses on regional lanes, including frequent operations into the Chicago market, using modern, well‑maintained tractors.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $0.70 per mile for all miles and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Safely operate dry van equipment, conduct inspections and keep accurate records
• Deliver freight on schedule while adhering to DOT and company procedures
• CDL-A required with at least 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience
