Application Development Lead - REMOTE

Accountabilities

• Oversee all Guidewire PolicyCenter and related teams within the organization.
• Serve as the engineering counterpart to the business AVP of Pricing and Documents.
• Deliver capabilities for Policy Modernization across various product lines.
• Lead production support for application modernization operations.
• Drive improvements in pricing execution reliability and data quality.
• Manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of IT management experience.
• 4 years of experience in people leadership.
• Strong technical background in web-based application architecture.
• Experience in all stages of the software development life cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in vendor contract management.
