Through close partnership with analytics and network contracting partners. This role will assist in leading network strategy development, program performance evaluations, and oversight of business functions required to enhance provider networks. By developing an understanding of existing network composition and performance, this role will support network optimization and membership retention. This team member will be a subject matter expert, influencing recommended program changes by analyzing and presenting network performance metrics to cross-functional leadership. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development, in health care industry OR consulting OR Master/Professional Degree and 4 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry OR consulting OR 7 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry. Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback Experience with business analytics and information synthesis. Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment. Demonstrated organization, prioritization, problem solving, communication skills including presentation and group facilitation experience. Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments at various levels in the organization; Verbal and written communication skills. Presentation and group facilitation experience. PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, with strong Excel skills. Preferred Job Qualifications: Masters Degree. Health insurance or healthcare industry experience. Experience optimizing provider networks or evaluating provider performance.
