Scheduler

Glenbrook South High School is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Scheduler position for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Scheduler prepares and maintains the master course schedules, teacher and student schedules, and determines room usage. This position verifies and maintains information in the student database and generates schedule-related reports for faculty and administrative staff as needed. This individual is familiar with school policy and procedures, and building and curricular goals. The Scheduler performs duties in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions. The Scheduler will maintain and encourage a positive atmosphere that supports a cooperative and efficient work environment while prioritizing the needs of the students and staff.

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, and/or two years’ administrative assistant or scheduling experience.
• Experience in an education environment and/or business preferred.
• Desire for continued professional development is essential.
• Possess experience with student management and/or human resource software.

The annualized salary is based on the SY2025–26 salary schedule. The SY2026–27 salary schedule is forthcoming and will be added to the job posting once available.
