Many More! Job Details 3+ years of experience handling intellectual property litigation matters
- Meaningful experience with patent and/or trademark disputes in federal court preferred but not required
- Strong legal writing skills, including briefs and substantive motions
- Ability to manage technically complex issues and work with technical experts
- Experience coordinating with or overseeing outside counsel
- Prior exposure to IP prosecution, portfolio management, or close collaboration with prosecution teams is a plus
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team
