We're looking for a passionate and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and help us grow our elite network of healthcare heroes!

What Youll Do

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by:

• Working to obtain qualified candidates through networking, social media, cold calling and other avenues to build your team of RNs and Allied Health Professionals.
• Screening and selecting qualified candidates for travel contracts, ensuring only the best join our elite team.
• Building a strong relationship with your team members, providing ongoing support, and guiding them through their journeys.
• Analyze and review the effectiveness of your selected team members and take corrective steps if their goals are not met
• Negotiating salaries and pay packages
• Crafting and executing marketing initiatives to attract top talent through social media, job boards, and other platforms.
• Staying ahead of industry trends to ensure we remain a trusted leader in healthcare staffing.
• Research job fairs, job seminars and referral recruiting to get the right candidates
• Attending job fairs, conventions, and networking events to build relationships and expand our reach.
• Traveling occasionally to represent Fidelity On Call

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma. Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field encouraged
• Healthcare background helpful but not required.
• Bonus Points: Experience in human resources, recruitment, or sales; knowledge of healthcare staffing and market trends.
