We are seeking a doctor with 5+ years of small animal experience in general practice, surgery, and internal medicine who is ready to:

• Lead and mentor our team of talented Veterinarians and support staff
• Collaborate with divisional leadership and our practice manager
• Oversee hospital operations while maintaining regulatory compliance
• Provide exceptional medical leadership and take on challenging cases

• State-of-the-art technology: BAER hearing testing, laser surgery, diagnostic ultrasound, cryo unit
• 3 DVMs, strong CVT/tech support (1:2 ratio), and a dedicated front & kennel team
• In-clinic reproductive equipment & services: nucleocounter, rigid endoscope for TCI, Minividas progesterone testing, semen storage/shipping tanks

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $180,000 total package compensation

ProSal compensation with a base of $150-$165K, based on experience, plus production bonuses.
