Our client is seeking a client-focused Financial Advisor to join a well-established financial institution in Griggsville, IL. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate, relationship-driven professional to grow their practice while delivering meaningful investment guidance to customers of a respected, community-based bank.

You’ll operate from a bank’s Griggsville branch, with direct access to a loyal customer base, cutting-edge tech, and a network that supports long-term professional and financial success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow a portion of the division’s current book of business

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and prospects

• Create personalized investment strategies aligned with each client’s goals

• Prospect new business through the bank’s customer base, your own network, and community engagement

• Develop and execute a business plan for driving division growth

• Leverage technology tools like DocuSign, eSignature, and Salesforce to enhance the client experience

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 Licenses (or ability to obtain within 3 months)

• Life, Health, Disability & Long-Term Care Insurance Licenses

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• CFP®, CHFC®, or other relevant certifications a plus

• You’re coachable, trustworthy, and self-motivated, with a passion for helping others succeed financially

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + commission (negotiable for advisors with an existing book)
