Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, customized massage therapy treatments to clients, utilizing a variety of modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping, etc.).

• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, discuss treatment goals, and develop personalized treatment plans, often in conjunction with chiropractic and acupuncture care plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including SOAP notes.

• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy, its role in overall wellness, and recommend personalized home care.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment space in accordance with sanitation and hygiene standards.

• Promote repeat business by building strong client relationships and encouraging re-bookings.

• Actively participate in marketing and promotional efforts as needed to attract new clients.

• Adhere to all state and local licensing requirements and ethical guidelines for massage therapists.

• Collaborate with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience and integrated care.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Massage Therapist license in the State of Illinois .

• Minimum 1 year of professional massage therapy experience (new graduates with strong clinical experience and drive are encouraged to apply).

• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to listen and connect with clients.

• Strong physical stamina and dexterity.

• A positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a successful practice.

• Experience working in a chiropractic or integrated healthcare setting is a plus.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position designed for motivated individuals who want their earnings to reflect their efforts and success. The commission rate will be competitive and discussed during the interview process. Tips from clients are in addition to commission earnings.
