The Headlines

As the Associate Manager of Retail Media, you will be responsible for working across a wide set of cross functional teams (Brand, Shopper, eCom, Media & Field) to support the execution and advancement of the retail media strategy for MCBC. You will be partnering with the Manager to evolve our principles & processes while managing & overseeing campaigns in partnership with our agency teams and customer marketing managers. You will partner with the manager to oversee our holistic strategy and strategic plan implementation.

This position reports to the Retail Media Manager.

Job Summary

  • Partner with Manager to advance retail media principles, planning frameworks, and holistic retail media strategy year on year.
  • Lead budget management of total retail media spend in partnership with agency teams.
  • Support the development and execution of all Retail Media plans both on and off platform (in partnership w/ brand, ecom, shopper) & daily oversight of a $20MM+ (and expected to grow YOY) media budget
  • Manage Retail Media agency relationship ensuring consistency and adherence to MCBC standards, processes and scopes in partnership with Manager.
  • Support the advancement of Retail Media measurement in partnership with Analytics
  • Advance MCBC Retail Media Partner Strategy & Mix in Alc Bev Landscape - managing partner vetting, enterprise level POVs, T&L approaches

The Other Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience with precision media; retail media experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Specific experience with Retail Media required - direct investment with retail media networks as well as 3rd party retail media vendors
  • Experience with paid search and programmatic media preferred
  • Understanding of the customer marketing landscape preferred
  • Demonstrates ability to have a high degree of influence with cross functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading new, undefined and sometimes ambiguous projects
  • Experience leading multi-faceted projects and campaigns with various key stakeholders

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $92,100.00- $120,900.00(posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
