Sparkle Express Car Wash is building our next generation of General Managers — and we’re looking for ambitious, performance-driven leaders ready to step up.
This is a structured Manager in Training role designed for high-potential operators who know how to run teams, drive numbers, and own results.
Who This Role Is For:
We’re targeting leaders currently serving as:
- Assistant Managers
- Retail or Restaurant Managers
- Shift Leads ready to step into management
- Operations Supervisors in high-volume operations
Car wash experience is preferred, but leadership experience is non-negotiable.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Lead a team of 8–14 team members in a fast-paced environment
- Own daily sales performance and production targets
- Coach and develop staff to improve efficiency and service standards
- Manage scheduling and labor costs
- Oversee cash handling and inventory controls
- Support hiring and onboarding efforts
- Ensure site standards and operational procedures are followed
- Coordinate maintenance and resolve operational issues
This is not a sit-back management role. You’ll lead from the front.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven management experience (required)
- Strong people leadership and team coaching ability
- Comfort with performance metrics and sales goals
- Experience managing labor, schedules, and daily operations
- Financial accountability and cash handling experience
- Open availability (required)
- High ownership mindset
Compensation & Growth Path:
- Competitive $19/hour base rate
