• Level 1:Estimated pay:$18.27(minimum) - $24.04(midpoint) - $29.33(maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

• Level 2: Estimated Pay $22.12(minimum) - $28.85(midpoint) - $35.58(maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

Woodward located in Loves Park IL is hiring a 2nd shift Operations Technician to support the Deburring station at our Loves Park Campus. This position runs Mon-Thurs from 3:24 PM to 1:54 AM . In this role youll be responsible for manufacturing aerospace parts and components. Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently produce products using specified tools and and supports the full product line in various processes/ capacities.

• Process:Observesand records key process variables to ensure consistency and quality in logs daily operations and resolves or escalates concerns. Follows standard operating procedures.

• Quality: Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records andmaintainsdata per operating standards.

• Organization & Cleanliness: Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean organized and free of unnecessary guidelines to ensure tools materials and equipment areproperly storedandmaintained.

• Safety Mindset: Adheres to all established safety protocols procedures and regulatory requirements;maintainsmindfulness of self and surrounding workareato promote a safe working environment.

• Technical Capability: Understands and follows basic technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Successful Candidates Typically Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Basic Mechanical aptitude preferred

• Basic computer skills (email data entry etc.) preferred

• Knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred
