Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part time Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you are responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes.

What You’ll Do

• Execute dishes consistently while following all food safety and sanitation standards

• Prep, stock, and maintain your station for smooth service

• Follow standardized recipes to uphold quality and consistency

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation (FIFO, labeling, hygiene)

• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties efficiently

• Work with urgency to support the flow of service

• Execute allergy protocols with care and accuracy

• A professional cook with solid fundamentals and kitchen experience

• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
