Reservations Support Consultant
We are hiring a motivated Reservations Support Consultant to provide clients with professional assistance in researching, organizing, and confirming their travel plans. This role blends administrative coordination with client service, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment and enjoys helping others achieve well-organized outcomes.
You will communicate directly with clients to understand their schedules, preferences, and budgets. Using internal systems and supplier platforms, you will research options, prepare recommendations, and manage bookings for lodging, transportation, and experiences. Responsibilities also include creating clear itineraries, confirming details, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clients receive accurate information throughout the process. When updates or changes arise, you will respond quickly to provide solutions and maintain a positive experience.
This position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through. Success comes from strong time management, clear communication, and a proactive mindset. Sales experience is not required; the focus is on dependable coordination and client satisfaction.
