Sparkle Express Car Wash is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our leadership development program.

This role is designed for motivated leaders who want to grow into General Manager positions while gaining hands-on experience running a fast-paced operation.

What You'll Do

As a Manager in Training, you'll gain experience managing daily operations and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 8–14 team members during daily operations.
• Coaching staff to improve performance and customer service.
• Monitoring sales performance and production targets.
• Managing schedules and labor efficiency.
• Supporting hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Overseeing cash handling and operational procedures.
• Maintaining site standards and resolving operational issues.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• Comfort working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Open availability and a strong work ethic.

Car wash experience is helpful but not required .
