What We’re Looking For:

• Education: CDA or 6+ semester hours in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
• Experience: At least 1–2 years working in early childhood education (lead role).
• Skills: Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices, strong written and verbal communication, teamwork-oriented.

Your Role:

• Follow weekly lesson plans based on Learning Beyond Paper curriculum and monthly themes.
• Meet individual needs of children through interactive play, exploration, and learning.
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
• Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that inspires a love of learning.
• Plan and implement activities that foster self-esteem, social skills, and independence.
• Use observation and assessment tools to track each child’s growth.
• Commit to ongoing professional development.
