Youth Sports Outreach & Sales Coordinator (Project-Based, In-Office - Evanston, IL)

Project Overview

Pro Sports Experience, operator of NFL Alumni Youth Football Camps , is hiring for a project-based spring–summer contract role focused on community outreach, promotional support, and direct sales communication ahead of the June–July camp season.

This is not a traditional desk job. This is a high-communication, person-to-person outreach role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, organizing follow-ups, and helping families and organizations learn about a positive youth sports experience.

This role runs February through spring or summer and is managed directly by the Executive Director from our Evanston office.

What This Project Requires

You will be responsible for contacting schools, youth leagues, and community organizations near camp locations to request promotional support and help circulate our camp materials to families.

You will also communicate directly with parents by phone and email to help convert interest into camp registrations.

Daily work includes:

• Calling schools and youth football leagues near camp markets
• Requesting circulation of camp promotional materials
• Tracking outreach, follow-ups, and responses in Excel
• Speaking with prospective camp families
• Converting interest into registrations
• Supporting volume-based sales efforts designed to maximize camp participation
• Maintaining organized records in Excel and our CRM (V-Tiger)

• Very strong verbal communication, articulation, and positive energy
• Interest in direct outreach and relationship-based sales
• Understanding of youth sports; football/NFL knowledge preferred
• Ability to manage time, schedule follow-ups, and take ownership of tasks
• Comfort working from lists, tracking progress, and staying organized
• Leadership mindset toward assigned responsibilities

Pay and Structure

• $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Contract / Project role
• Part-time schedule
• March through July engagement

Helpful Background (not required)

• Sales, customer service, or outreach experience
• Experience with schools, youth sports, or football environments
• Comfort using Excel as a working database
• Ability to learn simple systems (CRM, WordPress, email tools)
