Interior Designer/Project Manager

Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop design concepts that align with their vision. This is a full-time position.

Duties:- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline- Create design concepts, including floor plans, cabinet plans, tile and flooring, color schemes, and furniture.- Use CAD, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max to create detailed drawings and renderings- Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, sourcin, lighting fixtures, and other design elements- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion- Oversee the installation of design elements and provide guidance as needed- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role- Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and space planning- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Strong project management skills- Sales experience is a plus- Knowledge of lighting sales is a plus- Experience in drafting contracts is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
