As a Learning & Talent Development Specialist Senior within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO or Downers Grove, IL.

Job Description

  • Partners and supports key initiatives through various tasks, projects and assignments for an organization's learning and talent development programs.

  • Supports various initiatives for learning and talent programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies and in support of achieving business outcomes.

  • Designs, develops and delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually. May provide stand-up classroom instruction in person and/or virtually to employees, managers and senior leaders across the enterprise.

  • Provides on-going support to monitor progress and evaluate learning and talent development strategy effectiveness.

  • Develops strategic relationships with both internal and external partners, collaborating effectively.

  • Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 - $98,900.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
