Since 2010, Thomas Henry has stood for premium mixers and modern bar culture . Crafted with renowned bartenders, our range – from classics like Tonic Water and Ginger Beer to innovations like Cherry Blossom Tonic and Mango Soda – is made to elevate every cocktail experience.

UNDONE , founded in 2018, is shaking up the world of mindful drinking. We’ve pioneered the alcohol-free spirits category, creating sophisticated alternatives made from real spirits and wines, dealcoholized through a unique patented process to preserve authentic flavor.

Together, UNDONE and Thomas Henry are redefining the way people drink — whether they choose to drink alcohol or not. And now, as we continue our rapid U.S. expansion, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to bring our stories to life across North America.

What You’ll Do:

As Brand Manager , you’ll be the steward of both brands’ identities — translating our European heritage, innovation, and modern bar culture into compelling strategies, campaigns, and activations that resonate with U.S. consumers and trade.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans for UNDONE and Thomas Henry in the U.S.
  • Adapt global brand positioning to the U.S. market, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance.
  • Analyze brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Marketing & Communications

  • Drive 360° brand campaigns — from creative concept to execution across digital, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop compelling brand content, working closely with agencies, influencers, and creative partners.
  • Oversee social media and digital strategy to engage trade and consumers authentically.

Trade & Consumer Activation

  • Partner with Market Managers to plan and execute high-impact trade events, sponsorships, and tastings.
  • Create toolkits and materials to support on- and off-premise marketing, distributor education, and retail visibility.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing programs with sales objectives and KPIs.

Innovation & Product Development

  • Support the launch of new products and limited editions, from concept to market rollout.
  • Collaborate with global teams on packaging, positioning, and storytelling for new innovations.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage the U.S. brand marketing budget effectively, balancing creativity with commercial impact.
  • Measure campaign performance and ROI, reporting on key metrics like awareness, trial, and market share.

Who You Are:

  • A passionate brand builder with 4–6 years of experience in brand management, ideally in premium beverages, spirits, or CPG.
  • Equally strategic and creative — able to think big while managing day-to-day execution with precision.
  • Curious and culturally aware, with a pulse on cocktail trends, the mindful drinking movement, and hospitality culture.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the challenge of shaping emerging brands in a fast-moving category.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and can build relationships with distributors, agencies, and partners.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven success developing and executing consumer or trade marketing programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital and social media platforms; comfort interpreting analytics and insights.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events, market visits, and national meetings.
