• Day to day support of repair & restoration projects with collaboration from project manager.
• Administering the change management process in collaboration with the project manager
• Assist with self-perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.
• Attend project meetings and draft meeting minutes
• Develop client relationships, resolve client issues
• Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and project engineers.
• Supports, implement and tracks the overall project schedule

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or a related field is preferred and a minimum of one year of industry experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction project management software. Familiarity with Procore is ideal.
• Previous experience with self perform management is a plus.
