Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to deliver outstanding perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of the OR and thrive on providing quality, patient-centered care alongside a collaborative surgical team.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Rotating on-call responsibilities for weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current RN license
• Previous experience in an OR setting
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Excellent assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Dependable and flexible in response to changing surgical schedules and on-call needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room for procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready and sterile
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe, effective patient care
• Provide nursing care to patients throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
• Monitor patients’ status and respond effectively to emergencies and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient information
• Uphold rigorous infection control and patient safety standards
