Job Summary Project Controls Supervisor – Estimating is responsible for providing direction and feedback to team members for cost estimating, estimating analysis and assumptions. Project Controls Supervisor facilitates process improvements and supports initiatives as needed.Job Responsibilities

• Supervise Project Controls team members, providing direction and feedback. Support development of team members. Support hiring process as needed
• Coordinate preparation of and review of various deliverables, including progress and performance reports with weekly, monthly, and quarterly frequencies. Deliverables are provided to internal and external customers
• Ensure process guidelines are maintained and followed for consistency
• Lead process improvements within the Project Controls team and participates in cross departmental initiativesMinimum Qualifications
• 5+ years supporting project lifecycle and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred Engineering, Business, or Construction Management disciplinesPreferred Qualifications
• Familiarization with Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) estimating practices
• Experience with design take-offs, cost estimating and project closeout
• Experience with stage gate reviews and various estimating classes
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Excel – based financial modeling
• Knowledge of industry standards and estimation methodologies
