Dental Administrative Assistant
Job Description Daily Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.*
Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and accurately.
Maintain an organized workspace to promote a productive work environment.
Preferred individuals with experience in financial coordinating.
full-time $20 - $25 per hour

Business Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM & Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM
**Lunch Break: 60-minutes Monday-Thursday

- Basic life support
- Driver’s license
- Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (3+ years)
- Open Dental
Qualifications and Experience we are looking for:
Proven experience in an office environment or similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Familiarity with office management procedures and practices.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks performed.
Ability to operate phone systems and manage communications efficiently.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (2+ years)
Bilingual is a plus
Orthodontic experience also preferred
