Sales Support Admin
- Serve as the first point of contact by sitting at the front desk and answering inbound customer calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers regarding orders, shipments, and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipment-related issues by coordinating with carriers and freight companies
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates, delays, and order status
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and shipments
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Support administrative and sales support functions as needed
- Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service, administrative support, or sales support experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fully onsite in Forest Park, IL
- $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience
