Position Title: IT Support / Systems Engineer (Level 1–2)
Location: Schaumburg IL then after few weeks move to Huntley IL.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 end-user technical support and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and enterprise applications. The position supports day-to-day IT operations and assists with system administration, network management, and troubleshooting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user technical support via phone, email, and on-site assistance.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft server environments and related infrastructure.
- Implement and administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365services.
- Configure, deploy, and support wireless access points, switches, firewalls, and other network infrastructure components .
- Install and administer server infrastructure , including network builds, DNS configuration, domain hosting, and VMware environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues using advanced technical expertise.
- Support and maintain backup solutions, cloud technologies, and virtualization platforms .
- Assist with system migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements .
- Provide technical troubleshooting and maintenance related to servers, networks, and business applications.
- Support Microsoft licensing and cloud services .
Preferred Experience is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Power BI or data reporting tools
Technical Skills
- Experience building and upgrading Windows Server environments
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki switches and firewalls
- Experience with VMware (installation, configuration, and maintenance)

This position supports servers, networks, applications, and infrastructure systems , ensuring reliable technical operations and providing advanced troubleshooting and maintenance support.
