Northwestern Medicine, a premier integrated academic health system affiliated with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join the growing team at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital.

Opportunity Highlights

• Competitive compensation: $550,000–$615,000 based on call participation
• Established and stable call structure with additional compensation opportunities
• Approximately 25% cardiac case mix within a broad general anesthesiology practice
• Practice across 22 anesthesia sites with strong surgical volume and variety
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with established leadership
• Credentialing within the Northwestern Medicine system, including opportunities for cardiac case and call participation at affiliated sites
• Growing cardiac program with future expansion of surgical capabilities under development
