OT (Occupational Therapist)
Occupational Therapist Continuum Therapy Partners brings a therapist-led approach to scale. Founded by industry veterans who spent twenty years striving for a more responsive therapy environment, we have successfully expanded from our initial 9 North Carolina facilities to a national footprint of 285 locations spanning 16 states. We are currently looking for Occupational Therapists who want to work with a leadership team that understands, prioritizes, and advocates for your professional perspective. Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations Occupational Therapist Benefits & Schedule: Schedule: Part-Time-Daytime Locations: Mount Vernon Countryside Manor-Mount Vernon, IL 401k with Company Match Generous PTO Please text or call Kelsey James at 812-781-2771 or email [email protected]
