Job Summary:

As a Software Testing Lead you will be responsible for testing software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies applications methodologies processes and tools to support clients projects or this role you will lead a team of software testers and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Design develop and test software systems according to client specifications.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

What You Have:

• Proficiency in System Integration Testing (SIT).
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java C or Python.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in System Integration Testing (SIT).

• The ideal location for this role is East Peoria-IL Irving-TX Nashville-TN
• This position may require 10% travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$95640.00 - $155400.00
