Operations Manager

Other:
- 10+ years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing environment with 5+ years of managerial experience
- Steel fabrication experience is required
- Demonstrated ability to lead others in a fast paced environment
- Must be proficient with ERP systems as well as computer skills
- Strong organizational, planning and leadership skills
- Multi-plant leadership experience preferred which includes but not limited to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, as well as the promotion of cross training of other team members.
