OverviewWe’re looking for a Consulting Actuary to join our team. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients make smart financial decisions. This role combines data analysis, client interaction, and collaboration with account teams to deliver tailored solutions.
How you'll make an impact- Analyze carrier data to recommend rates and funding levels to account teams and clients.
- Present financial reports that track expenses, renewal projections, and funding levels.
- Lead client-facing meetings to explain underwriting policies and services.
- Review and oversee reports created by the underwriting team.
- Prepare presentations, newsletters, and communication materials for internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with teams to support sales and consulting efforts.
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits underwriting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Preferred:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Degree in Math or Finance.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
