We’re looking for a Consulting Actuary to join our team. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients make smart financial decisions. This role combines data analysis, client interaction, and collaboration with account teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Analyze carrier data to recommend rates and funding levels to account teams and clients.
• Present financial reports that track expenses, renewal projections, and funding levels.
• Lead client-facing meetings to explain underwriting policies and services.
• Review and oversee reports created by the underwriting team.
• Prepare presentations, newsletters, and communication materials for internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with teams to support sales and consulting efforts.

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits underwriting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Preferred:
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Degree in Math or Finance.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
