Notes : Start Date: within 2-3wks or asap Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): shift- 8hr days X 5days= 40hrs per week Bill Rate $120 On call bill rate $10 before AV 3% , 2hr Min call back Experience Requirements: 2+yrs experience, travel experience, IR/PV/Vascular including PE’s,*at least one travel contract under their belt* Experience Preferred: na License/ Certification Requirements: IL Lic, CPR,ACLS,EPIC Floating Requirements: na Weekend Requirements: no weekends unless on call On-Call Requirements: On call for- vascular call On call: IR/vacular call one week every 3 weeks Holiday Requirements: as needed Will the client accept new graduates?
