Who We Are Seeking

We are seeking one (1) full-time Illinois-licensed clinician (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, ALMFT, LMFT, Psy.D., or equivalent) to join our growing team of skilled, motivated, and compassionate professionals. We are especially interested in clinicians who are looking for a long-term clinical home - one where they can deepen their work, build meaningful professional relationships, and grow alongside their colleagues.

Ideal candidates are empathic, dependable, and grounded in integrity and authenticity. You value the therapeutic relationship as central to long-term therapeutic work and are committed to ongoing clinical development.

Applicants should be able to thoughtfully articulate their clinical approach and demonstrate dedication to at least one modality (e.g., psychodynamic, attachment-based, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Above all, we are seeking clinicians who are empathic, thoughtful, proactive, and aligned with our commitment to delivering relational, compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualified Applicant Requirements:

  • Interest in working with young children and/or families is a bonus, but not required.
  • Knowledge and experience providing relationship-based, long-term therapy.
  • A high level of knowledge and skill in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Ability to work competently with a wide range of mental health issues and presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and grief/loss.
  • Experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds and clinical presentations, and commitment to exploring own biases in interacting with others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be assertive while maintaining composure and openness to feedback.
  • Able to work autonomously and cooperatively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, including the ability to complete clinical notes promptly.
  • Ability to manage one's own work schedule and respond to all client communication within 24 hours.
  • Current NPI # and/or credentialing with insurance panels preferred.

  • Complete necessary client and other administrative paperwork consistent with practice policies and guidelines.
  • Participate in individual supervision and group case consultation.
  • Comply with regulatory, licensure, and continuing education requirements relevant to the applicant’s professional degree and discipline.

  • Adhere to all confidentiality laws, HIPAA regulations, and other federal and state governing privacy laws.
  • Assess client risk effectively and provide crisis management as needed.
  • Assess appropriateness of potential clients for outpatient private practice setting, including potential for tele-health, and provide referrals as needed.
  • Access community resources to engage clients in addressing their needs holistically.
  • Complete and maintain documentation needed to participate in insurance networks.
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with other providers (e.g., psychiatry) to ensure high-quality care.
