We are looking for a friendly, detail oriented, organized individual to join our team!
This is the front facing position of our service department. As the service writer you are the customers point of contact. You will be the only person responsibile to communicate with the customer and make their experience with us a positive one.
Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
-Assist in loading/ unloading of vehicles
-Pulling vehicles in and out daily
-Walk around inspections of customer vehicle
-Use Lightspeed to enter in customer information and vehicle information
-Schedule technician time
-Prioritize repairs
-Quote repairs
-Communicate repairs to customer
-Work with manufacturers for warranty
-Work with insurance companies
The ideal candidate would have/ be:
-An experienced service writer
-Someone who loves powersports (ATV, UTV, Motorcycle, Watercraft, Snowmobile)
-Basic mechanical knowledge
-Excellent customer service skills
-Organized
-Great communication skills
-Detail oriented
