Field Service Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Technician to join our Equipment Department. In this role, you will be the face of our company in the field, providing critical onsite installation, maintenance, and repair services for our industry-leading dispensing equipment.

-Key Responsibilities
Onsite Support: Manage all aspects of onsite installation, repair, and preventative maintenance for Solomon Colors dispensing equipment.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and software errors to determine and implement effective solutions.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers during field visits.
Equipment Upgrades: Perform technical upgrades on existing equipment to ensure peak performance.
Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records of service visits and systems; complete monthly expense reports.
-Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time across the United States and Canada (Valid passport and up to date vaccination records required).
Technical Skills: * Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights or in various outdoor climates without restrictions.
Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
