Warehouse Lead

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing organization seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their warehouse operations team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing the parts department, and supporting daily fulfillment and logistics activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment while collaborating cross-functionally with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams.

This position has opened due to increased operational demand and the need to improve efficiency and organization within the parts department.

Warehouse Lead Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department to support daily operations
• Ensure timely replenishment of high-volume and critical-use inventory items
• Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor and maintain back stock organization and condition
• Identify obsolete or slow-moving inventory and recommend appropriate actions
• Create, print, and apply barcodes for parts and storage locations
• Pick and stage small-parts orders accurately for outbound shipments
• Ensure all orders are processed and ready ahead of daily carrier pickup times
• Monitor stock levels of shipping supplies and reorder as needed
• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and process receipts in the system
• Put away inventory accurately and efficiently to maintain system integrity
• Support broader warehouse operations as needed, including picking, packing, and general labor
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

Warehouse Lead Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, parts management, or warehouse operations
• Strong organizational and housekeeping skills
• Experience with barcode systems and inventory management software
• Must bring prior leadership experience
• Ability to lift and handle parts up to 30–50 lbs
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

This is an onsite opportunity offering competitive hourly pay based on experience up to $25/hour, along with medical, dental, and vision insurance. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
