West suburban law firm has an immediate need for an experienced trusts & estates executive assistant. Responsibilities include tracking all client engagements from first meeting through file close, heavy calendaring and appointment setting, heavy call volume, entering attorney time, client invoices, maintaining office supplies and preparing correspondence. Excellent written and verbal commutation skills are required. Must have knowledge of DocuSign, Zoom and Microsoft Suite with advance knowledge of Word, Excel and Teams. Hourly rate range $25-$35 per hour depending on experience.
