Technical Business Systems Analyst

Supports the Data & Insights team by analyzing data, maintaining dashboards, and delivering clear reports to track digital adoption performance, while assisting stakeholders with data requests and ensuring accuracy in business metrics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Data & Insights team in analyzing data and preparing reports to track digital product adoption and performance
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools used by internal teams and stakeholders
• Work with team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into data analysis tasks
• Be a champion for the agile community and help to further the community within the organization.
• Data preparation & basic analysis
• Dashboard requirements, updates & maintenance
• Stakeholder support

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree (computer science, information systems, engineering or related field) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this capacity.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
• Experience withBI tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
• Ability to perform adoption analysis
• Experience with dashboard development and KPI frameworks

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good communication skills and ability to work with team members
• Business accumen
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and ask questions
