Project Manager – Finance PMO (Year-Long Contract)

LaSalle Network is hiring a Project Manager – Finance PMO for a rapidly growing, global organization in the consumer goods industry. This year-long contract role offers the opportunity to lead and execute key global finance initiatives spanning the full finance lifecycle—from Procure-to-Pay (PTP) to Record-to-Report (RTR) and Order-to-Cash (OTC).

The Project Manager – Finance PMO will partner with finance leadership, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, enhance global processes, and support strategic transformation projects that modernize financial operations.

Project Manager – Finance PMO Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of complex global projects across key finance functions (PTP, OTC, RTR, ATR)
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior finance and business leaders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using project management best practices
• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams—including Finance, IT, and third-party partners—to deliver results on time and within budget
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency throughout the lifecycle
• Communicate progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and executive leadership through transparent, consistent reporting
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards through effective testing and validation
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and transition projects seamlessly into operational ownership

Project Manager – Finance PMO Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Finance or IT-Finance environments
• Proven track record leading projects across Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), or Record-to-Report (RTR) processes
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and finance automation tools
• Strong budgeting, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management or related field

Key Details

• Compensation will range from $60-70 per hour depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms.
