Solar Sales-Experience Required
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in solar sales, with the ability to engage with clients and drive revenue growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Typical duties to include:
- Generate leads and complete the sale with qualified residential or commercial prospects
- Educate clients on solar technology, financial incentives, and long-term savings.
- Create personalized solar presentations to facilitate solar sales.
- Maintain strong client relations and provide ongoing solar support after project completion
- Research and stay current on all local regulations, incentive programs and emerging technologies.
- QA/Pre-punch list walks with follow up reports and tracking
- Coordinate onsite deliveries with suppliers and general contractor/home owners
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ Solar experience required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of solar energy systems, financing, and installation timelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM/solar design tools a plus).
- Proficiency with Windows based operating system, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, stair towers, and not afraid of heights.
- Valid driver’s license for local traveling
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Experience with Bluebeam is preferred but not required.
