Since our founding, Midwest Center for Hope & Healing has been dedicated to walking alongside individuals, couples, and families in their journey toward healing and growth. Rooted in Christian values, we are proud to offer faith-based counseling for clients who desire it, while also providing excellent care to those from all backgrounds and beliefs.

Our practice has grown into a supportive, collaborative team of skilled therapists who share a passion for helping others find healing and live well. We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions (15–30 client hours per week), with flexible options for daytime, evening, or weekend sessions. We look forward to welcoming more dedicated clinicians to join us in this mission.

- Full administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and marketing
- Secure, user-friendly platforms for case notes and scheduling
- Weekly clinical team meetings and collaborative team-building events
- Conduct intake assessments and establish strong therapeutic relationships.
- Provide high-quality therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and licensing standards.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Actively participate in team meetings, consultation, and supervision.
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Active Illinois licensure (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- A background in Christian counseling is a plus
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and use of best practices in mental health care.
- Availability for 15-30 client hours per week.
