**Job Title: Warehouse Tool Clerk**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Tool Clerk for the 1st shift, operating from Sunday to Wednesday, 6am-4:30pm. The primary duties include managing inventory and signing tools in and out for mechanics using our computer system. Additional responsibilities include cycle counting, picking, calibrating, and verifying stock of tools. The candidate should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with inventory. Attention to detail and teamwork skills are essential. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
**Responsibilities**
+ Check inventory and sign tools in and out to mechanics.
+ Utilize the computer system for inventory management.
+ Perform cycle counting and pick tools as needed.
+ Calibrate and verify the stock of tools.
+ Inspect tools for damage or missing parts, ensuring safety and quality standards.
+ Receive work orders on a tablet and process them accordingly.
+ Assist in the warehouse as needed, and inspect tools using system images.
+ Participate in forklift and scissor lift training.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in warehouse operations, including picking and inventory management.
+ Proficient in data entry and inventory management systems.
+ Ability to perform shipping and receiving tasks.
+ Mechanically inclined with general labor skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Receiving inspection experience.
+ Experience with cycle counts and parts staging.
+ Familiarity with inventory management systems.
+ Proficient in data entry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
