Staff Accountant

Description
The Staff Accountant supports accounts payable and general accounting functions while serving as a liaison between accounting and operational teams. This role is ideal for a high-potential early-career professional with strong technical skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable and general accounting activities, including invoicing and transaction processing
- Act as a liaison between accounting and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely communication
- Assist with running financial and operational reports
- Support process improvement initiatives as systems and operations scale
- Perform basic account reconciliations and assist with month-end activities
- Analyze data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for efficiency
- Complete ad hoc accounting and administrative projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Internship or prior office accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills and overall technical aptitude
- Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver
- Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work full-time on site
