Regional Director of Human Resources

Capitol Securities has an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll and benefits professional. This position is responsible for managing and processing the payroll cycles for commissioned, salary and hourly employees. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist serves as the benefits administrator by answering questions, ensuring accurate employee enrollments/changes, managing STD/LTD as well as leading the open enrollment process. Additionally, this position will assist Human Resources and Accounting with employee file maintenance, on-boarding, special projects and other administrative work as needed.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree as well as experience processing regular and commissioned payrolls and with benefits administration. Proficiency with MSOffice products including at least intermediate skill level with Excel is required. Strong analytical skills and experience with Dominion Payroll and iSolved is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
